Breakfast: small bag of Pepper Jack Doritos, Diet Coke, 2 cups Brazilian coffee with organic skim milk

Lunch: packaged chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread, water

Snack: Campbell's Vegetable Medley Soup to Go, Cracker Barrel 2% extra sharp cheddar on 8 Whole Foods rosemary crackers

Snack: Red Hot & Blues chips (bowlful), glass orange seltzer

Dinner: kheema mutter with whole-wheat rigatoni, a little Rao's melanzana sauce and Parmagiano Reggiano, small scoop Ben & Jerry's Chubby Hubby, cherry seltzer
