Soooooo baaaadd...ate two whole bags of microwave orange cheese popcorn yesterday. Why? Why? Just when I was feeling thinner...
Brekkie: coffee, fruit salad
Lunch: ginger chicken leg w/brown mushroom rice, broccoli and roasted carrots
Snack: bag microwave popcorn (really need to get this out of the house), 6 Hershey Treasures (3 with spicy peanut butter)
Dinner: yummy stuffed chicken breast over salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, hot green pepper, yellow bell pepper) with the most awesome dressing ever: Brianna's Ginger Mandarin dressing. I would drink the stuff out of the bottle, it's so good.
Workout: 30 minutes on bike, 20 minutes running (2 miles-plus), 10 walking to recover, plus stretching, crunches and wimp push-ups
