Lunch: Tuna w/Hellman's mayo on whole wheat hamburger roll w/fresh Italian parsley, plum tomato and 1/2 sliced avocado, piece strawberry napoleon gateau
Snack: 1 scoop banana split ice cream
Dinner: pizza margherita
