Breakfast: 2 cups Brazilian coffee with organic skim milk, big-ass bagel w/cream cheese (sleepy and annoyed but glad to read paper with brekkie)
Elevenses: Apple Cinnamon chewy fruit & nut granola bar
Lunch: Turkey club on ciabatta, kettle-fried mesquite BBQ chips, Fuze Slender Energy green tea
Happy Hour: 2 Miller Lites
Dinner: 6-inch Subway veggie & provolone sub on whole wheat, 1 bag Black Pepper Jack Doritos, 1 white nectarine, 1 chocolate Almond Joy bar
