Brekkie: 2 cups usual coffee, Stonyfield Farm apricot-mango yogurt

Elevenses: Nature Valley chewy Apple Cinnamon trail mix bar

Lunch: 2 cups vegetarian dumpling soup w/baby bok choi, small can cheesy Pringles, nectarine

Snack: bag Orville Redenbacher microwave corn on the cob-flavor popcorn

Dinner: dinner plate of tuna salad, 1/4 fresh pineapple, 7 little Whole Foods oatmeal cookies, glass skim milk
