Brekkie: 2 cups usual coffee, 1/2 cup usual granola w/6 oz. Dannon 1 1/2% fat plain yogurt
Lunch: bacon cheeseburger, fries, diet Coke (mmmmmmm...)
Snack: 2 cups fresh pineapple
Dinner: Red Hot & Blues chips w/1/2 avocado mashed w/ 1/4 cup salsa, 2 Dove chocolate chip cookies, 1 Nature Valley chewy sweet & salty peanut bar
