Brekkie: 2 cups usual coffee, fat-free Stonyfield Farm French vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup usual granola

Lunch: 1 bag Orville Redenbacher corn on the cob-flavored microwave popcorn, 4 Dove chocolate-chip cookies

Dinner: dumpling soup w/bok choi
